Thursday Rant

Woke up having the worst morning!!  Major tummy pains, sick, omg, hurting so bad.  Brought up all the drama that we are going through with our health insurance.  The ex-employer is supposed to send COBRA stuff to us, it’s 3 days until the deadline.  We have been patiently waiting for 41 days without insurance, this is bullcrap.  I hate to think about it, but it is really going to suck when we wake up on Monday morning and it’s not here.  We have been going through enough drama that we don’t need to add government agencies and an attorney to the mix.  BUT, we will if we have to.  Insurance is a must, no getting around it.  Is there any insurance carrier that will take pre-existing conditions?  I haven’t found one, but boy oh boy wouldn’t it be nice if we could just get insurance somewhere else and not take COBRA, I would do it in a second.

Hope everyone’s day is better than mine. =)

Sheri, hope you aren’t getting too smoked out in SB today.

Mom, I hope your thumb replacement surgery goes well today.

Beth, love the quilt you made.

Sammie, endo is trying to kill me.

ok from seeing sammies comment it makes me wonder.. does endo go away? and if so how come after all these years yours hasnt? Is there no cure?

Sammie – I dont take pain pills anymore, hate them! Thanks tho babe.

Tara – It can be managed with meds and hysterectomy’s, but doesn’t work on all women. My Mom’s symptoms went away with her hysterectomy, but Sammie had one too and she still has it. So just depends on how bad it is. If you stop ovulating and being in reproductive mode, that usually takes care of it too. Endo feeds on a woman’s fertilization. But some rare cases it still spreads to other organs and causes problems.

    =)
