Watching 1408 with John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson.  Haven’t been scared yet, seems a little slow.  Don’t think it got very good reviews.  Obviously not too great if I grabbed my laptop to update my website, one of which I don’t do much of these days.

Still working on getting the house ready to sell.  Not like it is helping yet, been for sale for a month and not one showing.  Kind of glad though because we really weren’t ready yet.  Small projects not finished and major cleaning to do. 

This weekend I worked on restoring our kitchen cabinets, they look brand new now, so awesome.  I really enjoyed doing it too.  Also spot cleaned the carpets, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen floors and many other odds and ends.  I think by this time next weekend we will be all set, then I will schedule a open house.  Also just paid to have the house listed in the MLS, so I am sure that will help out a lot.

P.S. Farewell Al

All of a sudden, my tabbed browsing in Internet Explorer (IE7) went missing!  So frustrating spending days looking for a fix and none of them working.  I found my own fix, but first, let’s discuss what didn’t work (or things you can try depending on what the problem is).

1. Open the program, go to tools, internet options, in the general tab, click on settings for the “tabs” and make sure it is enabled.
2. Disabling the Google toolbar add-on.
3. Disabling all add-ons.
4. Uninstalling the program, reboot twice and re-install directly from the IE7 website.
5. Installing XMLLite hotfix, link here.

Now to what made it work again (in XP, service pack 2)…. Go to start menu, run and type in gpedit.msc and ok.  This will open your Group Policy’s administration.  Next, double click and open up, User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > then scroll down to “turn off tabbed browsing” and disable it.  That’s it!
