let’s hope it lasts….
Jenny’s Bead Factory inventory got to the United Kingdom ok, thats a huge relief.
Paid off the $1.78 on my car, glad that it’s over.
Paid off $2,500 across 5 credit cards at $500 a piece.
We gave notice to the people living in our house in Cordova. Been 3 years that we have been patient for them to purchase and they haven’t, so we are moving back in. Feel bad that it ended this way, but just couldn’t hold on any longer. They have the opportunity to buy within the next 30 days, but if they can’t, we are moving back. Hate that we have to do that, but in a lot of ways feeling excited that I can be in a house again!
Been enjoying MasterChef and The Fabulous Beekman Boys.
Dave and I have been addicted to Pogo Scrabble! Love it.
Got a new client today!

You suck. Called and got a payoff amount for my car, sent the money out the same day, 3 days later the check posts and now I have a $1.78 balance. They refuse to write it off, said I have to pay it. WTF? I have paid them tons in interest for 7 years!!!! I know, 7 years you are thinking?? It is what it is, won’t ever make that mistake again. I started out with 4 accounts with VCFCU 10 years ago and now we are down to 1. As soon as it’s paid off, I will never send another penny their way, can’t wait for it to be over!!!!

….since I logged in, I had forgotten my details on getting in, imagine that. Haven’t felt like updating whats new right. Just busy, lots going on, life is happening and the older I get the more quiet I am about my life. Getting old…. serious tho, I haven’t died my hair in so long, I have these streaks of gray hair coming out of the sides, it’s pretty hilarious. So what’s new…..hhmm……
Have had a crack in my windshild the length of Tennessee, finally got it fixed today. They came out to us, a 1 hour drive each way from Memphis and replaced a Mercedes windshield for $255 bucks. Ended up costing them more probably, as they broke the first one they tried to put in and had to go back to Memphis to get another. oops.
We have big things happening with our “situation”. More details on that next week, can’t spoil the surprise on here just yet.
Brenda is back this week, woohoo!!!
Our garden is pretty much crap! Some items are still producing, but the heat here has been awful, so no wonder why. 105+ for weeks, ugh!
I am busier than I have ever been in my life and am loving it. Missing having fun, but I’ll catch up later. I sold Jenny’s Bead Factory last week, shipped all the inventory to the UK! All very exciting and scary at the same time! Times are changing.
Thats all I got!

Grilled pizza… tried it tonight, actually made two pizzas, identical toppings, but one on the BBQ grill and the other in the oven. I needed a back up plan in case the grilling didn’t go so well. We ended up with lots of yummy leftovers, both turned out excellent. The grilled pizza was like no pizza I have had. Had a nice smokiness to it and the crispiness was unlike any other oven style pizza. Very nice. Flaky, tasty. Will do again.

.. is my bread machine. I just love it. Queen of Sheba in the kitchen! It takes the whole messy part of baking out of the equation. Just throw all your ingredients in the pan (in a certain order), choose one of the many settings, let it go and when it beeps, it’s done! I have done a couple batches of sourdough bread and I have banana bread in now. My favorite part of it is the pizza dough setting. Saves my wrists from all the pain of kneading out and comes out as smooth and round as a baby’s butt.
Loves it!

Lots going on today, we have someone coming to look at the property tomorrow, woohoo! Fingers crossed. Dave is out mowing, I am in cleaning. We cleaned the carpets last night. Sugar had an accident last week. Her health seems to be declining daily, we think she is going to pass soon. Bummer.
